Licensing issue when launching Tridion Content Manager 


When using your Content Manager you might come across an error looking something like this:

The license is invalid. Please contact SDL Tridion Customer Support: EasyLicenser error -12
Unable to Initialize TDSE object.
Contact your SDL Tridion 2011 administrator.

Creating Threaded Workers in C# 

Threading can be hard. But thanks to some utilities provided by the .NET framework we can create a powerfull solution, quite fast. Amakozi Reporting works with a configurable amount workers. These workers all run in a seperate thread and wait for tasks in the queue. To build a system like this yourself is actually quite easy.

SDL Tridion WebForms Light 

The traditional SDL Tridion Webforms product might sometimes feel a bit of an overkill, especially if you simply want to add a new form or update a web form using the web interfaces of SDL Tridion.   This of course exclude some of the infrastructure dependencies, e.g. the client installation of the WebForms client.  This article explains a different approach to still accomplish web forms functionality, but with a much lighter approach than the WebForms product.
